Let me tell you about my dinner tonight while recovering from it 😂

#ramen wasn’t on my to-eat list this trip but my god it’s freezing here tonight (2* celsius) i had to put some noodle soup in my system (#vietnamesesyndrome). So I let my husband pick a place and went with it.

He did an awesome job! But it’s not the ramen that i was crazy about. It was the #tsukemen!!!!! And the #ajitsuketamago !!!!!(ramen egg - had to order separately as topping - marked in a photo below)

Imagine dipping perfectly thick noodles in a perfectly flavorful thick soup and then clear your palate with a bite of mildly sweet egg. Just out of this world!

Of course the ramen bowl was wonderful. Thin, perfectly balanced soup, unlike some other types of ramen which are either too salty, too fat or too thick. It was a delight to eat.

It was so good I had to go home and am now resting from indigestion. #toogoodithurts, literally!

It’s been 10 years since I was last in Osaka. I’ll post updates of my trip here the next 3 days so check in frequently if you’re curious where I’m gonna go (I’m not even sure yet 😂). There will be a lot of #foodporn obviously.
